There is no single operation called "Peyronie's surgery."
The appropriate procedure depends primarily on erectile function, penile length, curvature severity and the presence of complex deformities. The EAU recommends surgery only when Peyronie's disease is stable and the deformity compromises sexual intercourse.

Plaque incision or excision with grafting
Tunical lengthening/grafting procedures may be considered in men with preserved erectile function but severe curvature, insufficient penile length or complex deformity.
