How it works
You deal with us, not with four clinics competing for your attention. Here is exactly what happens, in order.
You tell us what is going on
One confidential form. Only what you are comfortable writing — you can leave most of it blank and we will ask when we reply. No clinic sees any of it. We do not ask for medical records or photographs at this stage, and you should not send them.
A person reads it
Every enquiry is read by someone on our team. No automated triage, no call centre, no chatbot. We usually come back within two working days — often with questions, because the useful answer depends on things a form cannot capture.
We ask your permission before approaching anyone
We tell you which clinics we think fit your case and why. Nothing goes to any of them until you agree. If you would rather we stopped, we delete what you sent us.
We request itemised quotes
Not a price list — a quote for your case, with the implant named, the nights specified, the follow-up defined, and the exclusions written down. We ask the questions patients do not know to ask, because we ask them every week.
You compare them side by side
One private link. Every quote in one table, with anything identical across all of them greyed out — so you read the six things that actually differ instead of four documents. Usually it comes down to the device, the revision policy, and what is not included.
You decide, and we say what we think
If you ask, we will tell you which we would choose and why — including when the answer is that none of them are right for you, or that travelling is a bad idea for your case. We would rather lose the booking than send you somewhere you should not go.
What this costs you
Nothing. We are paid by the clinic when a patient goes ahead, which is how almost every medical travel service works — and you should know it, because it is the obvious place for a conflict of interest to hide.
Here is how we keep it honest, and how you can check: the comparison shows you every quote we obtained, including the ones we were not asked to push. We do not rank by payment. And if we tell you not to travel, we earn nothing from that conversation — which is the only real test of whether the advice is worth anything.
What we are not
We are not a healthcare provider, we do not employ the surgeons, and we do not give medical advice. We verify who people are and what they charge, and we make the options comparable. The clinical decision is between you and a doctor who knows your history.
Your information
We ask for as little as we can. Nothing is shared with a clinic until you tell us to, and then only with the clinics you agree to. We reply from a plain email address with nothing identifying in the subject line, we do not call unannounced, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Ask us to delete everything and we will.
Start with a conversation
Tell us what is going on. We will come back with an honest view — including, sometimes, that travelling is not the right answer for you.
