About Medipol Mega University Hospital
Medipol Mega University Hospital is the flagship of the Medipol group and one of the largest hospital complexes in Istanbul, on the European side in Bağcılar. It opened in 2012 as the Mega Hospitals Complex and is the teaching hospital of Istanbul Medipol University.
It holds Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation and is reported to have been the first hospital in Türkiye accredited under JCI’s Academic Medical Center Hospital Standards. The complex includes sub-hospitals focused on cardiovascular disease, oncology, gynaecology, and eye care, and offers robot-assisted (da Vinci) surgery.
For men’s health, the hospital has a comprehensive urology department covering urinary disorders and men’s health, including robot-assisted urological surgery.
